Shipping & Returns

I aim to send your order within 1-2 working days. I dispatch orders Monday - Friday, during business hours. Please contact me via the contact page if you require anything urgently, and I will do my best to help.

Your piece will be packaged using paper based packing materials. I avoid the use of plastic wrap. I am very experienced in packing and sending ceramics, if however, your item arrives damaged please email me here as soon possible so I can make things right. 

New Zealand

I charge a flat rate of $10 nationwide.

I send my items with NZ Post couriers. All of my packages are tracked and you will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Items are shipped to a physical address only, NZ Post cannot courier to PO Boxes.

International

Please contact me so that I can give you a custom quote for shipping. I ship internationally with New Zealand Post.

Please be aware that you are liable for any customs or import duties (ie VAT) that may be levied in your country. Please refer to your countries customs service website for more information.
