I will not share your information with any third party.
If you have signed up to the newsletter you may receive the occasional email from me with updates, information and news. You can unsubscribe from these at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

Payment and Pricing

Prices on the website are shown in New Zealand Dollars and exclude shipping.
All orders are subject to availability until they are confirmed. I must receive payment in full before I can confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted. Once an order is placed it is unable to be cancelled.
I use Stripe for processing my payments.

Accuracy

I try to represent all work shown with as much accuracy as possible, but the images on the website can only be used as a guide. Each item is handmade and therefore there will be slight variations in the size and glaze of each piece.  I feel this adds to the character of the work. Colours may also vary depending on the screen you use to view the image on.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item is damaged or faulty please email as soon as possible so I can make things right. All sales are made under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. 

Returns

As a small business I'm unable to take returns if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
